Our Story

Ecovance began with a simple but powerful idea: what if housing upgrades weren’t fragmented, inefficient, or wasteful? What if instead, they were comprehensive, smart, and sustainable?

In the public sector, we saw the same problem repeatedly: while teams were on-site to carry out upgrades, outstanding repairs were left untouched. Without a joined-up approach, this meant multiple visits by different teams, rising costs, ongoing delays, and little real progress towards Net Zero.

That gap sparked the idea for Ecovance, a new kind of solution. One that treats every home as a whole system, delivering modernisation, retrofitting, and repairs in one cohesive, eco-focused package. With a focus on planning, communication, and getting everything done in a single visit, we reduce friction for residents while maintaining our carbon emissions goals.

Ecovance bridges the gap between purpose and performance. By combining innovation with practicality, and sustainability with service, we’re helping the public housing sector move forward smarter, cleaner, and faster. At the heart of this is our mission to make homes not only fit for the future, but more affordable to run for the people who live in them.
